Big Curry / Sweet Walnut Fudge

Ingredients

900g white sugar

350g evaporated milk

500g milk chocolate chips

200g butter

1tsp vanilla extract

400g chopped walnuts

Marshmallows (to sprinkle when served)

Method

  1. Cover a 9″x13″ tin with foil
  2. Combine the sugar and evaporated milk in a large, heavy bottomed pan over a medium heat
  3. Stir constantly and boil for six minutes
  4. Remove from the heat and add the butter, chocolate chips and vanilla
  5. Continue to stir until everything has melted together
  6. Stir in the walnuts and pour into the tin
  7. Chill until set and slice into small squares. Sprinkle marshmallows on top to serve.
