Clay Pigeon Shoot

The ABF The Soldiers’ Charity Clay Pigeon Shoot will be held at the West London Shooting School on Wednesday 28 July 2021. This event will mark the London regional return to face to face fundraising events post lockdown!

This event will enable us to raise funds to help support soldiers, veterans and their immediate families. Shooters will compete for the Tamlyn Trophy and other prizes.

The entry fee is £250 per person which includes breakfast, some challenging shooting, morning coffee at The Bothy, an exciting ‘Flush’ competition with ammunition and coaching provided, followed by refreshments and lunch with wines.

Practices and Guns

The West London Shooting School always organise an excellent day for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity with a wide variety of game represented at the stands.  Safety and coaching staff will be on hand to ensure all goes well and that novices are introduced to the sport.

Guns may be borrowed from the West London Shooting School by members of teams who do not have their own.  Please give warning of how many guns and of which type (bore and barrel arrangement) will be required by 14 July 2021.

There will be an opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for some attractive prizes.

Due to the constraints of Covid-19, this year a picnic lunch outside will be provided. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.

Those who wish you invite non-shooting guests to lunch must book in with us by 14 July. We will do our best to accommodate them. The cost for an extra guest for lunch will be £30.
