Welsh 300 Challenge
Join the thousands of people who are crushing their fitness goals right now on My Virtual Missions – an amazing health, fitness and well-being challenge, virtually completing the breath-taking 300 mile distance from Cardiff to St David’s. There’s something for everyone. Whether you like to run, walk, swim, cycle, or do any other distance-based exercise, celebrate St David’s day while promoting fitness and well-being in support of our soldiers, former soldiers and their families.
Sync with your favourite fitness apps
Once you’ve registered, you can enter an activity either manually via the app, or automatically from other fitness trackers. Just head to the mission “Connections” page from the main menu to get set up. Currently, you can connect with Runkeeper, Apple Health/Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Strava, Under Armour and Google Fit. See the full list of fitness apps that are supported.
If you complete a non-distance-based activity, you can use this activity conversion chart to manually enter an equivalent distance.
You will receive custom milestones along your mission pathway. When a person or team reaches each milestone, you will receive an email with text and an image. You will also see the milestone appear on screen and see your exact position on Google Street View.
