A salute to their future

We have worked with veterans of every conflict since 1944, and we envisage continuing doing so for the ‘long haul’ – supporting all future generations of our soldiers and their dependants.  Leaving a gift in your Will – whatever size – can be your personal salute recognising how much they have given.  This will help The Soldiers’ Charity to continue giving back and ensuring they are always cared for.

Making your Will and keeping it up to date ensures that your family, friends and causes that you hold dear are taken care of as intended.  Of course, we appreciate that your loved ones come first but a gift in your Will to The Soldiers’ Charity could mean you leave a lasting legacy of support for those who have served their country, for generations to come.

"It is thanks to these gifts that we can reach out to more members of the Army Family who we continue to support and do so for the balance of their lives.

I would like to personally thank you for your support and interest in our work.  Without you it would be impossible to stand beside our soldiers, veterans and their immediate families in their hour of need."

Our work is vital

We are proud that our guiding principle is that we help where there is a ‘need’ rather than a ‘want’.  In 2017/18 we continued to make a tangible and substantial difference to the Army family, providing a ‘hand up’ – not a ‘hand out’ to those in need.

Below are some key statistics that summarise the breadth of our work over the past year.
