Hft, a charity that provides services for people with learning disabilities throughout England has received financial support from ABF The Soldiers’ Charity. The Soldiers’ Charity has been providing assistance to Hft for more than 25 years and the latest grant is for £16,000.

A spokesperson from Hft said about the donation:  “We are absolutely thrilled to receive the recent donation towards our work supporting people with learning disabilities, and particularly the close Army dependents living in our services.

“A share of the grant will go towards supporting our charitably funded projects, such as Luv2meetU and our Family Carer Support Service, which only exist thanks to fundraised and donated income. The rest will go towards helping ensure that the army dependents that Hft supports have every opportunity to live the best life possible.”
